How long does it take to get results?


Typically, following strict diet and workout programming. 3-4 weeks you will notice a slight change in your body shape & face. 6-8 weeks you will see a significant change to overall muscle definition & increased endurance. 10-12 weeks you will see a drastic change from when you started, increased muscle definition, overall toning, increase in fitness levels and most importantly you'll be feeling better than ever!




Which online training plan is right for me?


For the optimal results, 10-12 weeks is recommended to achieve the best change in your overall body conditioning, muscle definition, tone & endurance levels. For those who may not be able to dedicate as much time, 6 weeks is the next best option as you can still achieve great results in this time frame. Monthly subscription gives you fresh new routines every month to stay fit and ready to tackle the monthly challenge set out every month! Our programs cater to all body types, of all fitness levels from beginners to advance. No matter which time frame you decide to go with, we can work around that and strive to bring out the best in you!




Do you do training at clubhouses?


Yes! We can make that happen. Depending on the location of your clubhouse, we will be able to bring the training to your convinience. Training programs and intensity can be managed to the gym equipment and space provided at the location. Send us an enquiry and we can get started!




How long is each training session?


Our standard sessions run for 1 hour. We also offer a range of longer sessions that can be customised to fit your specific needs and schedule. Depending on different individual goals, needs or past injuries, you may need extended warm ups or various mobility & stretching routines to help you maxmise the training exercises to reach your goals. We want to ensure you get the most out of each and every one of your workouts!




What languages are the sessions taught in?


Sessions can be taught in English, Cantonese (粵語) or Mandarin (中文).
